Refund policy
In case of product defects
If the product you received is damaged or defective due to our fault, or if the product you ordered is different from the product you received, we will follow the replacement procedure according to the policy below.
However, please understand that if the same product you ordered is already out of stock, we may have no choice but to refund or replace it with an alternative product.
Customers may return merchandise only if they agree to all of the following six conditions.
1. Unopened merchandise only
Only unopened merchandise will be accepted for return. Please note that items that have been opened once are not eligible for return.
*Because the package is transparent, the contents can be seen even if the package is unopened.
*Brainstorm Notebook is only eligible for return of unopened items because once opened, they are prone to creases, etc., and some pages can be cut out.
2. within 10 days after delivery
We will accept returns only if you contact our customer support within 10 days of receiving the product and explain the details of your order and the damage, defect, or wrong product.
3. Proof of our products
We will accept returns only if you can send us proof that the product was purchased from us, based on the delivery receipt included in the package, and the necessary information regarding the return as specified by us.
4. Return / Response
We will accept returns of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products only if they are returned to our designated location in their original packaging, or if you follow the instructions provided by our customer support.
5.Timing of exchange, etc.
After we confirm that the original product from the customer has arrived at our company, we will process the exchange, etc. We will accept returns only if the customer agrees to the terms of this agreement.
6. Shipping charges
We will bear the shipping costs for returns.
Returns for Customer's Convenience
We do not accept returns or exchanges at the customer's convenience. Please understand this in advance.
Other Notes
About the numbered Brainstorm Notebook
The numbering of the Brainstorm Notebook within 1 cm from the fold may not be printed properly and may blur (may or may not be printed). This is a problem that inevitably occurs due to manufacturing techniques. Therefore, we cannot accept returns due to this problem. Please understand this in advance.
Damage discovered after opening the package
For example, if the Brainstorm Notebook was not damaged when unopened, but after opening the package, a problem is discovered, such as the squares were not printed sufficiently, the item may be eligible for return. In such cases, please contact us by e-mail (support@hassoho.co.jp) with a photo showing the condition of the item. We will let you know if a return is possible. If you have any other questions, please contact us by e-mail.
Items purchased at other stores are not acceptable.
Products that can be returned are limited to those purchased on Ideation Technologies Store website (hassoho.co.jp). Ideation Technologies Store cannot accept returns of our products purchased at other stores.
Flow of return procedure
1. Please send an e-mail to support@hassoho.co.jp with the following information. If the information is incomplete, we may not be able to accept your return.
-Customer information (name, address, and e-mail address provided at the time of purchase)
-Purchase information (name of product purchased, purchase number, date product arrived)
-Reason for return (e.g., product was different or product was seriously damaged)
-Photograph of the product(s) received (please send us a photograph)
-Photograph of the delivery note (please send a photograph)
2.We will confirm the above information and reply to you. We may not be able to accept your return if you do not meet our return policy. If there is no problem, we will contact you with the mailing address and other details.
3. Please mail the product to the address specified by us. Please pack the product in the same condition as it was delivered, with all accessories, etc. in place.
4. After we confirm that the product has been delivered without any problems, we will refund or exchange it. It may take several days for the refund or exchange to be processed. (Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if you have mailed us an item that is not the same as the purchased item.)
